This webinar highlights the basics of choosing and training panelists, including the initial selection phase, panelist training, and lexicon development. It​ also covers training best practices and gauging panelist motivation and commitment.


​About the Presenter

LGuerdrum.jpg Lindsay Guerdrum is a sensory scientist with New Belgium Brewing Company. She has been a member of ASBC for the last five years and is chair of the ASBC Sensory Subcommittee. She has a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of New Mexico, and an M.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis.
