2020 World Brewing Congress Housing
Booking a room at a contracted hotel under the official ASBC room block benefits you and it supports ASBC. When you "book within the block," you help our organization secure future meeting sites, you enable us to provide some important features that participants have come to enjoy, and you help keep the meeting registration fees lower. Please book responsibly.
For the 2019 ASBC Meeting, attendees who reserve a room, in ASBC's room block, at the Royal Sonesta, will SAVE $100 off their registration fees. This discount does not apply to Single Day registrations. You agree that the hotel can disclose to ASBC whether or not you have a reservation and stayed at the property.
ASBC is aware of companies pretending to be the “official” ASBC housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at ASBC Meeting hotels, and requesting credit card information. There is NO "official" housing company for ASBC; therefore, NO company is authorized to solicit directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts. We encourage attendees to book directly with our contracted hotel via the reservation link on the hotel travel page.
