This course will combine educational lecture and laboratory work to give attendees the tools to demystify the quality process. The course will take place at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. Space is limited due to the special nature of this hands-on course.

Rates
A negotiated rate of $125 plus applicable taxes for a single/double occupancy room has been secured when you book a room for Sunday, August 4-Friday August 9, 2019. A $20.00 additional person charge applies per person per night for rooms with more than two people. The room block has SOLD OUT. Contact the hotel for room availability.

Reservation Method
Individuals can make reservations by calling the hotel directly or online no later than July 5, 2019 or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. Reservations may also be made online​.

Call the hotel directly at +1.540.985.5900 or toll free at 866.594.4722 (between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday) and ask for the “American Society of Brewing Chemists” room block. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card or first night’s deposit is required.

Booking a room at a contracted hotel under the official ASBC room block benefits you and it supports ASBC. When you "book within the block," you help keep the meeting registration fees lower, you help our organization secure future meeting sites, and you enable us to provide some important features that participants have come to enjoy. Travel

Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport offers direct non-stop service to nine international airports through hubs of Delta, United Airlines, American Airlines and Allegiant Air. Complimentary shuttle from the airport to/from the hotel.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than July 8, 2019. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee. Registration and cancellations received after July 8, 2019, are NOT subject to a refund.

ASBC reserves the right to cancel the symposium if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by July 8, 2019. If ASBC cancels this symposium, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event ASBC cancels this symposium, ASBC is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this symposium, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.

Photo Release

Photographs will be taken at this course for use in promotional materials after the meeting has concluded. By registering for this course, you agree to allow ASBC to use your photo.
