From yeast genetics to hop aroma and technical barrel aging, this year’s program is filled to the brim with outstanding topics and great speakers!

We hope you can join us June 24–26​ in New Orleans for 2.5 days filled with engaging discussions, interactive technical workshops, and cutting-edge research presentations. We have also invited speakers from outside of the industry to share their perspective on challenges and opportunities for the brewing community.
