"Managing Brewery Production and Operations through COVID-19" was moderated by Scott Britton and Dana Sedin. This panel discussion hosted several industry leaders to answer questions, and provide recommendations, on how to continue with basic operations while surviving this crisis. Topics including implementing social distancing, practical strategies to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure, best practices for maintaining beer quality and inventory levels (i.e., excessive inventory/out-of-codes), and considerations when contemplating minimal production, a shutdown of operations, or start-up after closure will surely be open for discussion.
