BIOGRAPHICAL REVIEW: Seduced by Yeast

The Journal of the American Society of Brewing Chemists (and its forerunner, the Proceedings) has for many years reported cutting-edge research in brewing and related topics. What those papers do not reveal is the story underpinning the science and behind the people responsible for that work. This biographical review is the start of an occasional series of articles that will do this very thing: paint the picture of an individual’s body of research against a backdrop of their life story.
