Photometric Determination of Beer and Wort Colors. J. van Strien and B. W. Drost, Heineken Technisch Beheer B. V., Zoeterwoude, The Netherlands. J. Am. Soc. Brew. Chem. 37:0084, 1979.

The advantages and disadvantages of the current methods of measuring colors of wort and beer are discussed. Three methods of overcoming these limitations are described, and one-use of an interference filter-is recommended.
