The GC technique
described here,
including the
extraction technique,
the column selection,
and operating
conditions,
has been modified
to provide a
specific and
simple tool
for the identification
and confirmation
of Pectinatus
and Megasphaera
spp. The method
can be used
to identify
these organisms
from a culture
grown in broth
media or in
beer. It is
also capable
of confirming
the identity
of these organisms
from mixed cultures.
La técnica
de GC descrita
en este trabajo,
que incluye
el procedimiento
de extracción,
la elección
de la columna
y las condiciones
de funcionamiento,
se modificaron
para proporcionar
una herramienta
simple y especifica
para la identificación
y confirmación
tanto de Pectinatus
como de Megasphaera.
Esta técnica
se puede utilizar
para identificar
estos organismos
a partir de
un cultivo crecido
en un medio
liquido o en
cerveza. Asimismo,
la técnica
permite identificar
estos organismos
a partir de
cultivos puros
o sin aislar.
