ASBC Southeast LABS Meeting
We are pleased to announce our first ASBC LABS to be held in the Southeast area; come and join us for an evening of science, beer, and friendship!
Participants will have the opportunity to network amongst brewers and industry suppliers, attend three technical presentations from sensory science professionals, and tour the laboratories of our host brewery. Topics to be covered include: options for setting up a sensory program for a small craft brewery, statistical analysis of sensory data for quality control, and the dynamic between quality and consumer from a sensory perspective. Dinner will be provided. Space is limited, so register now!
