ASBC PNW LABS Meeting
Participants
will receive three 30-minute technical presentations concentrating on hop
analysis and hop selection relevant to the brewer. The focus of this meeting is
to teach a budding brewing scientist or the curious individual how to select,
control, and measure hop flavor and aroma throughout the brewing process.
Dinner will be provided.
