Craft Brewers Analysis
Due to popular demand, ASBC is pleased to offer a Craft Brewers Check Sample Service, designed especially for the craft brewing laboratory.
Order by September 1, 2006, and receive the introductory rate of $275 for one year, receiving four quarterly shipments through October, 2007. The kick-off shipment will occur in October, 2006.
How will the ASBC Craft Brewers Check Sample Service Work?
Test samples from a uniform lot of commercial beer will be sent to subscribers on a quarterly basis. The standard shipment will be one six-sample pack (bottles or cans), but additional samples may be ordered for an additional fee, please inquire. The subscribing laboratories will perform specific analyses (shown below) and return their results to ASBC by a predetermined date. ASBC will then culminate the data returned from subscribers and provide a statistical evaluation of the analytical results. Results will be reported electronically to the subscribing laboratories on a confidential-coded basis within two weeks of the reporting due date.
